It is produced from 100% new cotton fiber made translucent without solvents to produce a paper with the proper translucency for drafting and tracing. Clearprint is the vellum of choice of architects and engineers for its archival quality, strength, erasing, and redraw characteristics with pen & pencil. Traditionally a drafting paper it is also fine arts medium for painting, colored markers, pastels, charcoal, and even paper mache. The durable Clearprint vellum rolls possess a uniquely delicate, transparent appearance which resists yellowing, cracking or ghosting that makes it a remarkable drawing paper that can be print on with inkjet and laser printers. Clearprint vellums are best suited for low ink saturation printing and temperature controllable laser printers set for vellum or low heat.
