Return Policies

  • We inspect all orders for accuracy prior to packing and shipping.
  • We insure all shipments against damage. Notify us immediately of any damage, and we will assist you in filing your claim with the delivery carrier.
  • All Returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Please call or email our Customer Service for the RA number. No return will be accepted without an RA number.
  • Products returned within 30 days receive a full refund for the product. No returns accepted on special order items. All products must be returned in saleable condition. If not returned in resalable condition you will receive no credit or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returns of non stock items are subject to the return policy of our suppliers.
  • Returns must be in original packaging and complete to be accepted
  • Opened software cannot be returned.
  • Please use order number on all customer service correspondence.
  • All discrepancies or shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • All prices subject to change.
