*** Free Shipping — Merchandise orders over $200.00 ship freight free to destinations in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Exceptions include orders with oversized products, hazardous materials, items shipped via truck, and expedited items shipped air. On any air shipments, and on all orders shipped outside the 48 lower U.S. states, there may be additional freight charges applied. All oversized items are marked oversized or shipped truck and state to “add $__.__” to the order. These additional fees will be added to your order to cover the additional shipping.

Hawaii & Alaska Orders – Smaller orders are shipped via priority mail. Larger orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, or freight depending on size and weight. Additional freight charges may apply for dimensionally large orders or for orders which weigh more.

Canadian Shipping – All stock Canadian orders are shipped through a bulk Canadian broker. A minimum of 25.00 US dollars will be charged for Canadian shipments. The shipment cost will include duties and taxes. The bulk Canadian shipping is reasonable. Email us for quote. Bulk Canadian orders are shipped each Friday. All other Canadian orders shipped factory direct will ship via UPS, FedEx, or other freight carrier. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are not included on these shipments and you are responsible for paying these.

International Orders Outside of USA - for orders outside of the United States we accept credit cards, on larger orders we require prepayment via wire transfer using a Proforma invoice. Please allow additional time for paperwork and checking credit card information. Additional shipping fees may be added depending on destination and weight of items. International orders are generally shipped via US Air Parcel Post. Except for larger orders which are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or DHL. You are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by your country. We will also ship orders to a Freight Forwarder. FOB — Items shipped directly from the factory or by truck, designated “Shipped Truck” or noted as Freight-On-Board (FOB), are billed an additional cost for shipping and handling. FOB shipping charges may depend on destination as well as weight. Please allow additional time for delivery. Please contact us if you would like to know exact charges for factory shipment and special handling to your destination.

Shipping Methods and Expected Shipping Times
Express Shipment - Express orders must be placed before 1:00 pm EST. Express shipments are expedited through our order process and generally ship via UPS Next Day or Second Day air, although other carriers are sometimes used. You will receive an order tracking number via email when your order using this process.

UPS, FEDEX Ground and USPS – UPS & FedEx Ground cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. We will us USPS to ship to Post Office Boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses. Allow 24–48 hours for order processing, plus 1–5 business days once merchandise leaves our warehouse. UPS orders can be tracked, while in transit; please let us know if you want your confirmation number and we will send it to you by email.

If a bad address is provided and package is returned. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and a 15% restocking fee might be assessed.
