Vellum for Drafting and Drawing - Series 80 drafting vellums are made from first quality , 100% long fiber blue tint rag stock. All are treated with high impact resins to produce a permanently transparentized drawing surface. The surface remains smooth and white without ghosting, smudging, or fracturing from repeated erasing, redrawing, or rolling. Series 80 vellums meet U.S. Government specification UU-P-561-H, Type IV 80M 171b. - This all-purpose vellum meets a variety of drafting requirements. Available in rolls, sheets and pads. 80H 20 Lb. This heavier version of 80M features excellent tear resistance and durability. Available in rolls and sheets. 80EH 22.5 Lb. - This extra heavy weight vellum is designed to withstand extensive handling and multiple copying. Available in sheets and rolls. 180M 17 Lb. SERIES 95 ALPHATEX Series 95 drafting vellums are made from first quality, 100% long fiber white rag stock. All are coated two sides for excellent drafting on either side. All feature a surface that prevents graphite from penetrating so reproductions are clean and clear. There is no ghosting or smudging, no matter how often a design is erased and redrawn. Series 95 vellums are treated with high impact resins to produce a permanently transparentized drawing surface. The heat-resistant qualities of these resins assure excellent working and archiving characteristics. Drafting Film: Polydraft drafting films are suitable for pen and pencil drawings, especially those that undergo extensive revisions and changes. Dimensionally stable and unaffected by temperature and humidity, these durable films also feature excellent transparency and flatness. Polydraft drafting film is available in both single and double matte, from 3 mil to 4 mil in either white tint or high translucency. Polydraft gridded drafting film is printed on 3 mil single or double matte white tint film in 8 x 8 and 10 x 10. Metric size gridded sheets are available on request at non-standard pricing.
